“Getting Back On The Horse: My Break From Yoga/Pilates”

After being a pretty miserable cow the last couple of weeks – knocked down by a killer-cold – a certain young woman is said finally be ‘back on the horse’….

“…. And I’ve never felt better! But after two days of 30-minute yoga in the mornings and 15-minute pilates in the evenings… I think I need a day of rest… and SEVERE STRETCHING!
