How Things Change…

It’s funny how things change over time. How your perspective changes. Hiwcyou start thinking of things differently. 

When I first started suffering from alopecia, I would’ve found waking up to a sight like the below absolutely heartbreaking. Today, I just shrug my shoulders, get up and get in with my day. Sure, I could get upset and let it drag me down, but what good would it do? It wouldn’t change anything. There’s nothing I can do about this and, in fact – if you listen to the research claiming psychological stress may be a trigger – stressing and getting upset would probably make it worse…
